We acted for a large number of investors in various failed UK property projects. Our investor clients had all paid large deposits all of which they had been assured were protected by insurance policies. 

When the projects failed and their deposits were lost the investors found that the insurance was worthless.

We successfully made claims on their behalf against the insurance broker who had recommended the policy. 

We were able to recover 90% of the amount invested for each and every one of our clients.
