Developer Mederco (Cardiff) received planning permission for a 350 bed development of student accommodation on Mynachdy Road in Cardiff though the company went into administration before any construction work began.

Investors who had paid deposits of up to 75% of the purchase price of each student apartment were left being owed over £9.25m by the company.

We currently represent a group of investors in the failed development and have brought a claim against the solicitors who acted on their behalf and who failed to adequately warn investors with regard to risk.

We are not able to accept any new members into this group at the moment.
