This was a hotel project in London Docklands in which investors purchased units totalling over £12.5 million. The project was never built and was a total loss to investors.
We represented a sizeable group of investor clients in respect of a claim against their conveyancing solicitors.
The matter settled before issue with the settlement on confidential terms.
