TRIVELLES
A number of ‘serviced apartments’ in budget hotels, largely in the north of the UK, were promoted by Trivelles and sold to investors with ‘guaranteed returns’ which have failed to materialize. We are now actively making claims on 13 Trivelles developments across a number of locations in the UK, including Bradford, Manchester, Liverpool, Nottingham and Gatwick.
DANIEL JOHNS GROUP
Now in liquidation, the Daniel Johns Group offered investors an opportunity to buy into a number of developments including Regent 88 in London and Hilux Apartments in Manchester. Daniel Johns Group had as many as 21 development projects, including hotels, offices, and high-end serviced residences, spread over many major cities in the UK, such as London, Manchester, Liverpool and Blackpool.
We are currently coordinating group claims on behalf of investors in any of the failed Daniel Johns developments.
