Many hundreds of investors have lost money in the many developments promoted by Trivelles which were marketed as ‘serviced apartments’ in ‘boutique hotels’. The ‘guaranteed returns’ which Trivelles promised investors have failed to materialise. The investments are generating little or no income for investors and are in fact are costing them money instead.
