Lucas & Co. solicitors have now concluded their further enquiries into the grounds on which the insurers of Morgan Mark are seeking to deny cover for our Trivelles investor clients’ claims. They have concluded that the grounds are unlikely to apply to our clients.

We are pleased to say that the Trivelles Action Group is therefore still proceeding with their claims. The group claim is now open to all investors who put money into any of the Trivelles developments.
