Lucas & Co. solicitors have now received a response from the insurers of Morgan Mark. Their position is that the group legal claims against Morgan Mark Solicitors are not covered by their insurance policy.
We have not as yet been given any explanation as to why they believe this to be the case. We have therefore instructed Lucas & Co. to make further enquiries.
